S.E.A.L.S

To promote water safety and foster physical fitness and emotional health in children and adults with special needs, the S.E.A.L.S. program offers comprehensive adaptive aquatic lessons and training from basic swimming skills through competitive swim team. Our aim is to enhance the quality, health, and safety of the daily lives for participants and their family members within a safe and supportive community environment.

One of the most exciting developments this year is the acquisition of the Athlee underwater dual-camera system. This advanced technology enables coaches and instructors to deliver synchronized video footage from both above and below the water. With this system, coaches and instructors can provide real time feedback, which swimmers can review on a large screen right on the pool deck. Additionally, swimmers may have the opportunity of analyzing their performance and absorbing lessons on their personal computers at home. If you do not want to be videotaped, or you do not want your child to be videotaped, please email Shelly prior to the start of the session.

All S.E.A.L.S. programs are provided through grant funding and are free to qualified participants.

Cancelations/Rescheduled Lessons

Both the instructor and person contracting the lessons must provide 24-hour notice to cancel a previously scheduled lesson.  except for extenuating circumstances, the swim lesson participant, or family if a minor, will be charged for the lesson if proper notice is not given.
