Magothy Community Room
Located on the main level of the building, the private door opens onto the brick plaza directly outside and features beautiful natural lighting from two grand windows. One window has a wonderful view of Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard and the B&A Trail, while the other looks out onto our brick plaza.
Capacity | 50 seated (chairs and tables) / 65 meeting (chairs only)
Includes | Tables and chairs set up prior to event by SPCC staff
Event Clean Up | Event clean up and trash removal by SPCC staff
Size | 31.5' x 32' laminate wood flooring
Minimum | 3-hour minimum for space rental
Price | $120/hr
