Capacity | 80 seated (tables and chairs) / 140 meeting (chairs only)
Includes | Tables and chairs, newly renovated kitchenette, private bathrooms, deck with a gazebo, hardwood flooring, stage area, and outdoor picnic area
Space Set Up | Tables and chairs set up prior to event by SPCC staff
Event Clean Up | Event clean up and trash removal by SPCC staff
Minimum | 3-hour minimum for space rental
Price | $130/hr

There is a full kitchen and the staff set up tables for us. There is an outdoor patio that proved invaluable due to our worries about COVID.
