Personal training at the Severna Park Community Center offers you the opportunity to meet individually or in a small group with a nationally certified personal trainer. Work with our team to refine or define your fitness goals, be held accountable, stay motivated, and learn how to exercise safely and effectively with purpose. Personal training is open to all levels of physical ability and fitness experience.
To get started, please submit our personal training request form. Sessions are available starting at $60 per hour.

Hollie Chapman
Hollie specializes in strength, weight, stretch, and mobility training, as well weight loss for seniors, adolescents, and adults. She is a proud homeschool mother to one, an OCB pro bikini bodybuilder competitor, an herbalist, and advocate for healthy natural diet and lifestyle.
Dana Opalinsky
Dana Opalinsky is a yoga teacher and personal trainer based out of Severna Park, MD. She graduated from Yoga Teacher Training through Golden Heart Yoga in Annapolis, and she currently holds her RYT 200. In 2018 she became a Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Dana specializes in fitness for those of ages 40+ but works with all demographics to achieve their individual fitness goals. She also teaches our yoga class on Tuesday mornings from 9:30am-10:30am in Boone Station Hall
In addition to teaching clients of varying ages and abilities, Dana enjoys sewing, resistance training, spending time with her family and pets, and traveling.
Brianna Merton
Brianna is committed to helping clients achieve their goals and lead healthier lives. With extensive experience training military personnel, individuals with special needs, and student athletes, Brianna brings a diverse skill set to her training sessions.
Andrea (Andi) Cognetti
Andrea (Andi) Cognetti is a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and health coach based in Severna Park, MD. She has extensive experience in the fitness and health education field, specializing in health behavior change. Andi is a weight-neutral personal trainer and health coach focusing on lasting positive health behaviors and works with all populations. Andi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, a Master of Public Health degree in Health Promotion/Disease Prevention, and is a certified Personal Trainer, certified Group Fitness Instructor and certified Health Coach all through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and a Master Certified Health Education Specialist.
