YOGA with Dana Opalinsky in SPCC’s coveted Boone Station Hall with its beautiful lighting and serene setting. Novice and experienced yogis are welcome. Dana modifies poses for each student to provide a gentler or more challenging session.

WELLFIT

WELLFIT for stability, balance, and strength with Hollie Chapman is in our Fitness Center. Work your core muscle groups in a small group setting with this personalized class.

Group Fitness Procedures:

  1. All patrons must make a reservation in advance to attend a group fitness class.  Reservations can be made through EZ Facility or through the front desk. If you are a 1st time user, please visit our front desk to set up your account and sign a one-time waiver.
  2. 24 hours notice is required to cancel a reservation for group fitness class. Patrons will be charged if sufficient notice is not given.
