YOGA with Dana Opalinsky returns to SPCC’s coveted Boone Station Hall with its beautiful lighting and serene setting. Novice and experienced yogis are welcome.  Dana modifies poses for each student to provide a gentler or more challenging session.
Tuesdays | 9:30 – 10:30 am | Boone Station Hall
8 visit pass | $120
Single visit pass | $18

 

Group Fitness Procedures:

  1. All patrons must make a reservation in advance to attend a group fitness class.  Reservations can be made through EZ Facility or through the front desk. If you are a 1st time user, please visit our front desk to set up your account and sign a one-time waiver.  Please consult the Fitness Center and/or Group Fitness class schedules for available times.
  2. 24 hours notice is required to cancel a reservation for pass-based programming. Patrons will be charged if sufficient notice is not given.
  3. Pass-based group fitness patrons must check in at the front desk. You will be required to sign a one-time waiver on your first visit.
