Healthy Anne Arundel Day

We are excited to be a HUB for Healthy Anne Arundel Day and invite you to join us for a FREE day of fun & movement to help reduce stress, improve physical and mental health, and show people the benefits of an active lifestyle!

All programs and activities will be free. SPCC will also have a welcome table, give aways, raffle basket, health and wellness vendors, BMI and blood pressure screenings, personal training assessments, and seminars. The day includes activities for our special needs community to include a painting and drawing class, water safety clinics, and fitness classes.
