4 Oaks Physical Therapy

4 Oaks Physical Therapy provides a full spectrum of physical therapy services, including aquatic physical therapy. Aquatic physical therapy is extremely beneficial to those patients that are injured and not capable of or safely able to perform exercises on land. A warm water pool helps unload your joints allowing for less painful mobility during your treatments. It also provides resistance for strength training, improves body awareness, balance, trunk stability, and overall endurance.
